Final Seniority List

1. If any employee has objection on the Final Seniority List, they have to submit their objection with proper documents/evidence to verify and to correct the seniority, if required.

2. The employees who are claiming the special category exemption have to submit their related documents to their Principals as per G.O.Ms.No.317 i.e.,

     (i) Employees with disability

    (ii) Employees having mentally retarded children

    (iii) Widows appointed under the compassionate grounds

    (iv) Medical grounds: a) Cancer, b) Neurosurgery, c) Kidney Transplantation, d) Liver Transplantation, e) Open Heart Surgery

3. Spouse cases State Government, Local Bodies and State Government Institutions have to submit proper documents as per G.O.Ms.No.317.

4. The employees who are approached to the Hon'ble High Court on G.O.Ms.No.317 allocation have to submit the Court orders in W.P

5. The grievances must be submitted online from the Principals Login ID in tgmreistelangana.cgg.gov.in. Further, hard copy of the grievance shall be submitted in person to the Principal along with documents/evidences duly taking acknowledgement.

6. The Principals shall collect the objections along with the evidences and send the same to the Head Office through Special Messenger by 5P.M. on 05.07.2024. Any appeal received beyond the time will be rejected.

7. The claims and objections will be disposed subject to outcome of orders in the Writ Petitions pending before the Honourable High Court.
